Friendly staff doing their best to help Fine breakfast.
My room war noisy, hearing the televisopn clearly from the neighbor. After my compain, the reception clear this issue directly (03.00) in the morning.

Pretty standard place with very good Wi-Fi and attached restaurant. Delicious breakfast with local options and cheese, reasonably priced. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location a 10-15 minute walk from a science museum. Very beautiful area near shops and restaurants, public transport and bus stations...

The staff is very professional and the complimentary breakfast is wonderful. I would defintely stay there again.
Some of the rooms we were given were not as cool as we would have liked them. With the temps outside in the 90 range, the rooms could have been cooler.

The location was excellent and the decor pleasing. Hotel staff varied in friendliness but overall good - reception seemed a little unfriendly initially but I think it is very busy at times when there is only one person on duty and can be stressful and difficult to answer everyones queries. The breakfast was fantastic and we loved the special glass art works. Overall we loved the palace hotel and would recommend it to any travellers to zagreb
